yokoul.xyz est la plateforme sur laquelle je partage tout ou partie de mes projets techniques. "Je", c'est Yannis, alias yokoul, né à Genève en 1974. J'ai commencé par des études commerciales et d'interprétation scénique, mais je me suis rapidement orienté vers la technique scénique, en particulier la lumière.

Une pause de 20 ans m'a permis de me spécialiser, à partir de 1996, dans le domaine du streaming et du processus médias, renforçant ainsi mes compétences technologiques. Depuis mon retour dans le théâtre en 2015, et étant responsable technique d'un petit théâtre depuis 2019, j'ai découvert la programmation générative tardivement, en mars 2023.

yokoul.xyz is the platform where I share all or part of my technical projects. "I" am Yannis, aka yokoul, born in Geneva in 1974. I started with studies in commerce and stage performance, but quickly shifted my focus towards stage technology, particularly lighting.

A 20-year break allowed me to specialize in the field of streaming and media processes starting from 1996, thus enhancing my technological skills. Since returning to the theater in 2015 and being the technical director of a small theater since 2019, I discovered generative programming belatedly, in March 2023.
